4-H Enrollment
Children may get started in 4-H at ages 5 through 8 in our Cloverbuds Club.
Regular 4-H clubs and projects are open to youth ages 9 through 18.
Enrollment
Bring your completed form to the Extension office or email it to ben.downing@uky.edu or cathy.toole@uky.edu - Hard copies of the form are available at the Extension office and are also distributed in school programs.
